Campaign Automation Feature

Setting campaigns automat rolls

About Klear & Our Users
Klear is an influencer marketing platform used by brands and agencies to discover creators, manage campaigns, and track performance at scale. Our users run multiple campaigns simultaneously and spend a significant part of their day performing repetitive operational tasks: inviting influencers, sending messages, tracking statuses, and moving campaigns forward. As a Kear user you find your self repeating the same actions, over and over agin.

The Problem
As campaigns grew in volume and complexity, a clear pattern emerged: users were repeating the same actions again and again across campaigns. While each action was small on its own, the accumulated friction led users to feel fatigue, frustration, and inefficiency. Users asking for shortcuts, duplicating campaigns, or requesting one-off features that addressed symptoms rather than the root problem.

Zooming out as a product team, it became clear that this wasn’t a set of isolated usability issues, it was a workflow problem.

As a Kear user you find your self repeating the same actions, over and over agin.

Users preform this actions daily and after short pirate of time they are getting tired and looking for shortcuts, duplication and recreating, asking for feature they think will help in this process.  For the user it is a small anoing tusk but when our product team zoom out of it we so the full problam.

My job was to recognis dose common actions and find a way to adjust the work flow to simple and easy pre set action. One action to roll all rolls.
We use simple "if" equation, If this Then That.
That way the user can summaries the most useable function to work automatically for them, saving lot of time and simplified the work process.

the result is now most users creating more campaign and use those in a batter way. Num users started using or reusing the platform.

Challenges Overcome
Summered years of users action and there "pain" using the platform was a big change.
Talk to the oldest loyal users do get clear picture of the problems and the possible solutions.
Translating the "if" equation to a visual interface that can suggest preset programs or to customise new ones. Solving the problem latterly (When {influencer joined the campaign} Then {send welcome message}) as long as visually for all type of users of all disciplines.

My Role & How I Identified the Opportunity

My responsibility was to recognize these recurring behaviors and translate them into a scalable solution.I worked closely with product and research to analyze recurring user actions across campaigns, review historical feature requests and support tickets Conduct conversations with long-time, power users to understand their mental models, pain points, and workarounds. This research revealed that users weren’t asking for more features,  they were asking for less repetition and more control over automation.
If a specific event happens, then perform a predefined action
When an influencer joins a campaign → Then send a welcome message..
My focus was on translating this logical structure into a visual interface that felt intuitive for new users, powerful for advanced users, and flexible enough to support different campaign workflows.

Reframed the problem

How can we let users define their workflow once and reuse it everywhere?
The solution became a campaign automation system built on clear If → Then logic.
If a specific event happens, then perform a predefined action
When an influencer joins a campaign → Then send a welcome message..
My focus was on translating this logical structure into a visual interface that felt intuitive for new users, powerful for advanced users, and flexible enough to support different campaign workflows.
